Even after the earthquake, the number of cars from outside the city and prefecture suggests the height of this shop’s popularity. Now in this winter season only, we are offering miso ramen. We combine two kinds of miso and 10 kinds of spice with pork and chicken bones in the specially-made soup, along with vegetables, to make a double soup with a mild taste and good balance! All of our noodles are homemade and have a smooth and chewy texture! Through trial and error, we have spared no effort finally to create this ramen. Ramen connoisseurs realize its preeminence after one cupful. Why don’t you have a taste sometime as well?
